We aim for all orders to be despatched within 10 business days.

We use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries and all purchased items will come in a protective box.

Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all purchases.
- What if I don't like my item?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items once an order has been produced and despatched.
- What if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately either by phone or on our contact page and we will send out a replacement.
- Where is my item?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please notify us and we will endeavour to track your order.
- I live outside the UK, can I purchase an item?
Unfortunately currently we do not deliver outside the UK but it is something we are looking to do in the near future so keep checking back with us
- What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure payment service hosted by WORLDPAY (RBS) and accept all major credit cards and PAYPAL.
- How much is delivery?
Delivery is dependent on the item weight and your location.
